Scullery Conversion. Week 20 to the end!

After nearly five months of no washing machine and the incredible generosity of friends and in particular Bubbles, for lending me the use of their machines, my own is plumbed in again. Now into the final stages. The terracotta floor has gone down, a really good job done by Sid. The underfloor heating is working and the door from the scullery to the kitchen is in and access between the two rooms at last. No more wet and cold trips out to the freezer in the cellar! Jim, along with Gary, have done  a good job with the painting  and Jason the chippy and Jim, well he does all sorts (a useful man to have) built the cupboards which I have promptly filled.

You wouldn't know it had been up for years.

The end of a fun project and being enjoyed by all!
